Robinson reports to Fern as the company grows its headcount that now stands at approximately 400 in 27 countries across five continents.

Prior to that, he led talent acquisition for Saba Software (now part of Cornerstone OnDemand NASDAQ: CSOD) where he doubled the size of the organization while cutting in half the time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics. he held roles with Good Technology (now part of Blackberry), where he led the charge for their diversity and inclusion.
